Michael Butler is Partner in Charge of the Tax & Revenue Group at Finlaysons Lawyers, where he advises local and foreign clients on all aspects of federal, state and international taxation. Michael has a special interest in cross-border transactions,  and advises foreign clients on the tax, legal and financial aspects of investing in Australia, and assists local clients with investing offshore. Michael and Finlaysons also have a keen interest in helping local Chinese business migrants. Michael speaks a very small amount of Mandarin and welcomes any opportunity to improve his language skills!
